About This Lesson

Bootcamp has become very popular over the years. But no one does it like FITstrong!

Bootcamp members will exercise in style on our synthetic grass arena and will be put through their paces. It is a full body, high cardio workout, designed to help shed weight and most importantly improve your fitness. Most of the exercises involve your own body weight, however, some equipment is used from time to time.
