About This Lesson

BOXfit is a fun filled cardiovascular workout, with classes lasting between 45 mins to one hour. The class is focused on boxing drills primarily, however functional exercises are incorporated into the class too. i.e bag work, footwork, skipping, bodyweight, freeweights and abdominal exercises – all focusing on fitness and toning.
