Looking for ideas for a healthy breakfast treat? We’ve found the perfect gluten-free, sugar-free flapjack recipe just for you. These flapjacks are scrumptious and super easy to make, they’re ideal for a lazy weekend lie-in or a quick breakfast on-the-go.



  • 2 cups ground almond flour
  • 3 large free range eggs
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons organic honey
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Oil of your choice for cooking. We prefer using coconut oil.

For an extra fresh taste – sprinkle some blueberries over your cooked flapjacks


Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, eggs, water, honey, baking soda, and salt.

Step 2: Brush the pan with oil and let heat for a few seconds.

Step 3: Ladle ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until the bottoms are golden brown.

Step4: Gently flip and cook for another 1½ to 2 minutes or until the bottoms are browned

Step 5: Serve warm.
