This one is a regular in our household. This peanut butter protein fudge is by far the most delicious and healthy sweet treat we’ve come across. And what’s better, it’s packed with protein and healthy fat, which makes it perfect for an on-the-go snack or post-workout bite! Give it a go – it might just be your next favourite – here’s how:peanut-butter-protein

Ingredients:

4 tbsp coconut oil

½ cup peanut butter

2 tbsp coconut flour

2 scoops of protein (We’ve tried both Nutritech and Pure Fushion, both available for purchase at FITstrong)

Melt coconut oil and peanut butter together in a pot, add protein and flour and mix well. Pour the mixture into a container and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes. Yup, it’s that easy.
