Sugar-free Sweet Treat
If you’re anything like me, staying on the health train over the weekend is especially tricky. With so much to do and eat, it’s hard to find a balance between treating yourself and staying healthy. Fortunately, we understand that the struggle is real which is why we’ve got this great recipe perfect for satisfying that nagging weekend sweet tooth.
Inspired by one of my all time favourite treats, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, these protein packed peanut cups are scrumptious, sugar free and about one million times tastier than the original.

- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
- ½ cup of sugar free peanut butter – the smooth option works so well in this recipe
- ¼ cup raw cocoa powder
- A dribble of honey to taste
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ scoop of your choice in protein powder. You can buy a range of good quality protein powder at FITstrong gym.
Let the games begin…
Stir everything together in a mixing bowl and pour the mix into a cupcake trail or silicone liners. Pop them into the freezer for about 15 minutes or until frozen. And then lastly, dig in!
